Brand New Seniors’ Living in Greater Victoria
We were the construction manager for this new seniors home in Greater Victoria. This 144-suite building consists of independent living, assisted living, and Alzheimer’s units, and features many amenities, including a central commercial kitchen, dining and laundry facilities, interior courtyards, and rain gardens. This project also included the heritage restoration of Brookman’s Store, which was built in 1930.
