The concrete scope for this project is features a watertight raft slab, full underground parkade, and two separate podium slabs with a total of ~10,000m3 to be poured. The structure was erected on an unpredictable water table requiring careful dewatering processes and a constant eye on the ever-changing Cowichan River water levels.
Knappett is self performing the concrete work together with our trusted trade partners. This video taken in December 2025 features a 250 m3 pour which took 10 hours to complete.
