We provide high-quality services that take your project from initial design through to completion. Our team includes experienced project managers who are all engineers or engineers-in-training.
PRE-CONSTRUCTION
We work with your team during the initial design phases to ensure that your project remains within budget while providing all of the required functionality.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
We manage the entire construction process from start to finish. This includes keeping the project on track and on budget, managing the scope, and ensuring the quality and safety of the build.
GENERAL CONTRACTING
We provide all material labour and equipment to build your project and oversee the day-to-day coordination of the project, manage the crew, and communicate with all parties involved.
OWN FORCES WORK
We are not only a general contractor or construction manager. We also have a large labour force available to provide the following in-house services:
- Excavation
- Concrete Formwork
- Framing
- Building Envelope (Siding, Cladding, Window Install, etc.)
DESIGN-BUILD
We engage the design team and provide a turn-key project from start to finish.
SUSTAINABLE CONSTRUCTION
We minimize the environmental impact of the project. We have in-house LEED-certified professionals as well as experience with BC Step Code and Passivhaus energy efficiency standards.
