This was a complex project with post-disaster seismic requirements and extensive security, including complex access and control requirements. The headquarters is a three-storey concrete and steel structure with underground parking and secure areas. Serving the oldest police department in western Canada, this facility is home to over 300 staff and includes holding cells, underground parking, and other support facilities.
