Social Housing in Downtown Victoria
This mixed-use project includes exterior metal finish systems and window wall glazing, three elevators, and two floors of commercial space. The five residential floors house 65 units, including two studios, 60 one-bedroom suites, and two adaptable one-bedroom suites.
We were the construction manager for this mixed-use commercial and residential project for the Greater Victoria Rental Development Society, and much of the work was performed by our crews.
