A 7800 sq. ft. daycare centre built with mass fir timber features throughout. The Interior space contains childcare play spaces, a commercial kitchen, and a boardroom for community use.
Knappett self-performed the majority of the work on this actively occupied community centre site. There were sensitive environmental concerns with bird nest timeline and tree clearing processes. Active collaboration with the District and owner groups worked through these challenges successfully.
