Use of Mass Timber
Construction of a storey mass timber CLT and Glulam, this post-disaster structure to accommodate 8 apparatus bays and emergency vehicles to be LEED Gold Certified. The facility will also provide all of the required services for a fully manned and operational facility, including training facilities, meeting rooms, sleeping quarters, recreational areas, and a kitchen.
