Multiple Pprojects of all kinds and sizes
Our project capacity is large and can support numerous projects all over Vancouver Island and our neighbouring islands.
We support the projects with a diversely skilled team of superintendents and professional engineers.
Some of the smaller projects we are working on are:
- John Howard Princess Avenue – The Project is a 6-storey mixed use building. The residential portion will include 28 studio units, a staff station/office on each of the 3 residential floors, and common gathering areas.
- DSHP – 260 White Road-This new build was partially completed up to the start of finishing stages when we took over from an insolvent GC. The project is a 5 storey structure of 48 modular stacked units built for people in need of housing.
- Aspen School Expansion SD 71 – An expansion of an operational occupied elementary school to provide upgrades to the existing building to integrate 11 prefabricated classrooms.
- St. Joseph’s Early Learning Centre – A new two-storey addition to accommodate a daycare that connects to three sides of an existing occupied buildings.
