This project is a mixed-use, purpose-built 200-unit rental development situated as two blocks of four and six storeys, respectively.
Built over two levels of parkade and a commercial space, the wood-framed residential construction is designed with a focus on sustainability and incorporates a climate-conscious, low-impact design that adheres to the BC Building Code’s Step Code 3 requirements.
