We are proud to have built a significant amount of much-needed supportive housing in our communities.
Many of these multi-family residential projects include onsite support centres, community programming spaces, and children’s play areas. Some are specifically designed for vulnerable singles and families, while others are geared towards providing safe and financially attainable rental housing.
When built under a construction management preconstruction contract, the delivery method enables our Civil Engineers to provide cost savings, value-inducing feedback, and, most importantly, constructability reviews, resulting in a well-built, competitive, and sustainably constructed project.
We are fortunate to have longstanding subtrade relationships with whom we work efficiently and collaboratively to find solutions in our approach. Our field team of over 150 carpenters and apprentices performs the concrete and carpentry work, saving money and time on the project.
