UVIC Continuing Studies Building

This project consisted of renovations to existing areas of the Continuing Studies Building, and approximately 3445 sm of new mostly construction. The new spaces include a three level classroom wing and a new, covered atrium area between this new wing and the existing 4 level building wings. The new portion of this facility is mostly a concrete for the classroom wing and steel atrium structure with metal clad, steel stud exterior wall assemblies, curtain wall and skylight systems and an inverted, ballasted roofing assembly. Classes are now in session.
